Air freight
The faster route for smaller, higher-value or urgent consignments. Billed on weight, with volumetric weight applied to bulky items.

- Register the package before your supplier ships it
- Transit times and rates are shown in the app
Sea freight
The economical route for heavy or high-volume cargo. Billed by volume (cubic metres) rather than weight.
- Best for furniture, machinery, bulk goods and large restocks
- Consolidate several supplier deliveries into one shipment
- Transit times and rates are shown in the app
Transit estimates and rates are provided for each shipment in the app before you choose a freight mode. Timing varies by cargo, route, carrier capacity and customs clearance.
Warehouse & hubs
Consolidation in China, collection in Lagos
Send every supplier delivery to one address in China. We hold and combine them, then ship as a single consignment.
China consolidation
Register your package in the app first so we can match it to your account when it arrives, then send it to the warehouse address shown to you.
Lagos collection hubs
Pick your goods up from a Flyemass collection hub in Lagos once the shipment is cleared and marked ready.
Doorstep delivery
Prefer not to travel? Request doorstep delivery for your consignment instead of hub collection.
Your China delivery address
The app provides the current warehouse address and your package identification code after registration. Use those exact details so the team can match each delivery to your account.
Your Lagos collection point
When a shipment is ready, the app gives you the assigned collection location and collection instructions. Confirm the details there before travelling.
Tracking
Know where your shipment is
Every shipment gets a tracking code and a stage-by-stage timeline in the app. Open Shipments, select a code, and follow the stages as they update. If a stage looks wrong, contact support from the same screen.
What cannot be shipped
Prohibited and restricted goods cannot be accepted. This generally includes:
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Flammable, corrosive or otherwise hazardous materials
- Counterfeit goods and items that infringe trademarks
- Cash, and anything prohibited by Chinese export or Nigerian import rules
Ask in-app support before sending any item that may be restricted. Acceptance can depend on the freight mode, carrier and destination rules.
