By creating a Flyemass account or using our app or website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must complete identity verification before you can send money or withdraw.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date, and you must be authorised to act for any business you register.

• Keep your 6-digit passcode and your transaction PIN secret.
• Your account is bound to one active device; signing in on a new device requires email verification.
• The app locks automatically after a period of inactivity.
• You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

• Your account includes NGN, USD and RMB wallets. Balances are held for the purpose of transactions you carry out on the platform.
• Currency exchange uses the rate published in the app at the time of the swap, with the fee shown before you confirm.
• Supplier payments are sent using the details you provide. Check them carefully — a payment sent to the wrong account on your instruction may not be recoverable.
• Withdrawals are made to a Nigerian bank account after account-name verification.
• We may delay, decline or reverse a transaction where required for verification, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

• You must register packages accurately and declare their contents truthfully.
• Prohibited and restricted goods — including weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods and anything barred by Chinese export or Nigerian import rules — must not be shipped through Flyemass.
• Duties, taxes and charges imposed by authorities are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in your shipment quote.
• Transit times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our control.

• A sourcing quote is a proposal. Nothing is purchased until you approve and pay for it in the app.
• Shop orders and hotel or apartment bookings are subject to availability and to the details shown at the time of purchase.

• Do not use Flyemass for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the platform.
• Do not use the service to trade in prohibited or restricted goods.

Fees may apply to transactions, currency exchange, card funding and shipping. The charge that applies to any transaction is displayed in the app before you confirm it.

You can request account deletion in the app under Profile → Legal & Privacy. Your balances must be zero, and a 30-day grace period applies. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where we are required to do so by law.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, by incorrect details you supply, or by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated version applies from the date shown on this page, and we will notify you in the app of significant changes.
